- Cross-functional exposure in a complex manufacturing setting - work closely with engineering, quality, HR, maintenance, and supply chain teams in a highly collaborative environment.
The Role:
- Lead and manage Production Team Leaders and Technicians across rotating shifts.
- Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality production output in line with H&S and Quality standards.

- Act as the primary Production lead on shift, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution.
- Promote and embed Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (6S, RCA, 5 Whys).
- Oversee production planning, shift loading, and skills allocation.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for safety, quality, and operational issues.
What we're looking for:

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality compliance within production settings.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement tools (e.g. 6S, RCA, 5 Whys).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working effectively with engineering, quality, maintenance, and support teams.
