We are looking for a skilled Master Production Scheduler to join our Industrial Operations Planning team in London. In this central planning role, you will create and maintain detailed production plans, align forecasts with manufacturing capacity, and ensure smooth execution across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate Master Production Schedule and long-term forecast using SAP, Ortems, Tableau, and Excel
  • Align demand and supply with sales commitments, project requirements, and factory constraints
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and project teams to ensure data-driven decisions
  • Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes
  • Support accurate SAP billing and timely recognition of completed products

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong production/demand planning experience
  • Proficient in SAP (MRP/Materials Management) and Excel (intermediate-advanced)
  • Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and challenge decisions
  • Experience working closely with manufacturing teams
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience in complex engineering/manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of Ortems and Tableau
  • Basic French language skills
