We are a fast‑growing FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Business Development Manager for the Not‑for‑Profit team. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with not‑for‑profit companies and their people.
Requirements
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with Not‑for‑Profit and Charity clients, acting as a trusted provider and strategic partner to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients and prospects available products.
- Conduct demonstrations and training for prospects.
- Follow‑up marketing and sales leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey.
- Utilise a range of communication methods to establish and build new relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to align business development efforts.
- Attend networking events and conferences where appropriate.
- Support in identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within Not‑for‑Profit and Charity client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurate and timely completion of our CRM systems.
- Proven experience and track record in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, Not‑for‑Profit sector, or fintech.
- Client‑centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service within the Not‑for‑Profit and Charity sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Not‑for‑Profit and Charity partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
