We’re looking for a Bid Writer to join our team. You’ll manage bids and tenders, create high-quality content, and support marketing initiatives, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and reflect our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and collate content for bids, tenders, and selection questionnaires
- Maintain the bid content library and bid schedules
- Liaise with delivery, estimating, and operational teams to meet deadlines
- Support tender administration, including meetings, folders, and tracking opportunities
- Assist with marketing: website, social media, newsletters, and branded materials
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication tailored to different audiences
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in bid writing/coordination, ideally in public-sector contracts (construction, housing maintenance, or facilities management)
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) is a bonus
Qualifications:
- Degree in English, Marketing, or related field, HND, or equivalent
- 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role
