Due to continued company growth, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and expand our sales opportunities across the Northeast of England. This will be a combination of new and existing business, delivering bespoke solutions to our customers across commercial sectors.
- Developing existing customers: Grow accounts already interacting with us and use account planning as a way of understanding where any gaps are and what actions can be taken to further develop the user experience.
- Prospecting new business: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Increase market share with new Mechanical consultants and M+E Contractors, within their regional area.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Take ownership and involve the company personnel, including support, service, sales, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations. Ensure that relevant technical and commercial information is captured accurately, and take a proactive approach once the customer has received their quotation to further satisfy their needs.
- Sales key performance indicators: Agreed number of visits per week to customer base. Maintain and grow sales pipeline. Achieve Sales Revenue Targets. Utilise CRM as a Sales Tool.
- Market and competitor knowledge: Develop an understanding of the market within the geographic area and provide a regional account plan once a quarter to the Head of Sales.
- Technical Expertise: Enhance technical understanding through building experience and knowledge of our solutions and HVAC industry, becoming an expert in ventilation to support customer demands.
Proven experience in technical sales working with both new and existing business. Strong competency and experience in HVAC sales, preferably in commercial sectors. Ability in account planning and pipeline management. Strong commercial awareness and ability to undertake competitor analysis. Located in NE England, able to travel across the region regularly.
