Your Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of tasks that showcase your technical expertise and leadership skills, including:

Supporting Operations

  • Provide troubleshooting support for existing subsea equipment and oversee execution offshore.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to maintain and improve performance.
  • Share knowledge within the team and help build internal expertise in subsea operations.

Designing and Coordinating Facilities

  • Lead the safe and efficient design of facilities, ensuring they meet international standards and regulations.
  • Manage interfaces and ensure smooth coordination across teams and systems.
  • Support integrity management and emergency response planning.

Managing Projects

  • Plan and deliver subsea interventions safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to optimize planning and execution.
  • Prepare budgets, manage costs, and ensure all projects are successfully completed.

Driving Safety and Quality

  • Prioritize health, safety, and environmental considerations in all aspects of your work.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and promote awareness among teams and contractors.
  • Continuously improve processes and share lessons learned to drive operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 7+ years in subsea operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of subsea systems (e.g., XTs, SPS, umbilical\’s, risers) and deepwater project phases. Experience with installation engineering in regarding to subsea structures would be highly regarded.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
