Job Description

In this role you will lead all quality-related activities within the integrated project team. Ensuring that there is compliance with the internal processes and external standards while driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong quality culture. The ideal candidate will share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of quality systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead investigations into quality issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee audits and follow up on corrective and preventative actions.
• Develop and maintain quality performance metrics, reporting the findings across the business.
• Support external audits, inspections and assessments.
• Represent quality in program meetings, reviews and design project audits.
• Ensure effective documentation for product certification.
• Report on any quality issues and trends.
• Provide guidance to other team members on best practices and on quality procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are being adhered to.
