We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner who will be a key figure in coordinating projects across the organisation. This role would be well suited to someone who excels in precision, planning and works well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake resource planning and resolve resourcing conflicts.
- Manage the risks and opportunities and implement best practice.
- Implement best practice tools and processes for Project Planning and aid in driving improvements.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project plans.
- Schedule analysis and resource management.
- Update project plans to reflect company objectives in a timely manner.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree qualified or relevant qualification such as APM certification is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of APM Body of Knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning.
- Proficient in the use of MSP and/or Primavera P6.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and familiarity of planning structures such as the WBS and PBS.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
