We are seeking an Industrialisation Test Engineer with high voltage product experience to support the development and launch of high-reliability products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role focuses on the design, integration, commissioning, and support of high voltage production test systems, working closely with R&D, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

  • Design and develop high voltage test benches (hardware and software).
  • Support the introduction of new test systems into production.
  • Investigate and resolve product test failures and manufacturing test issues.
  • Provide hands-on debug and technical support for production test equipment.
  • Train manufacturing teams on new test equipment and processes.
  • Maintain test software, databases, and supporting documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and industrialisation activities across manufacturing.

Degree qualified in High Voltage Electronics or a related discipline.

Proven experience developing automated high voltage production test systems.

Experience designing and supporting HV test equipment within manufacturing.

Understanding of electromechanical production processes.

Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S knowledge would be beneficial.
