We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to help shape the future of assembly processes. In this role, you’ll design and implement lean improvements that make production safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. You’ll work closely with R&D, support projects from concept through to delivery, and ensure processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Create lean process improvements for tools, equipment, and assembly methods.
  • Manage projects from concept to handover, keeping efficiency and timelines on track.
  • Ensure new tooling and processes are reliable and compliant before production.
  • Lead PUWER assessments, risk analysis, and safety compliance.
  • Partner with R&D, training schools, and wider teams to support innovation and development.
  • Define KPIs, track progress, and ensure budgets and quality targets are met.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related Engineering field.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
  • Willingness to learn systems such as SAP and sDMS.
