We are seeking a seasoned HR Advisor to join the HR operations team of a leading renewable energy organisation, to support a TUPE process from another organisation to ours. This role will be the key focal point for the TUPE transfer process and include:
- Being key attendee at all TUPE consultations with employees, trade union and Orsted, ensuring all conversations are documented.
- Answering all TUPE related questions and preparing/issuing a written Q&A log/document.
- Working with our pensions/benefits advisor on transfer of grandfathered benefits to us.
- Setting up of new transferring employees on payroll and HR systems etc.
- Setting up and maintaining of personnel files.
- Completing all necessary paperwork for transferring employees.
- Assisting operations with onboarding on transferring employees.
- Working with Orsted on set up of Apprenticeship levy and training programme for the transferring apprentices.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor position
- Demonstrable experience handling and leading on TUPE process
- Trade Union Experience
- Previous experience in a large/corporate organisation
- Must be willing to travel to site and attend regular meetings
