Type: Initial 6 Month Contract, possibility to extend

Rate: £25-30ph PAYE

We are seeking a seasoned HR Advisor to join the HR operations team of a leading renewable energy organisation, to support a TUPE process from another organisation to ours. This role will be the key focal point for the TUPE transfer process and include:

  • Being key attendee at all TUPE consultations with employees, trade union and Orsted, ensuring all conversations are documented.
  • Answering all TUPE related questions and preparing/issuing a written Q&A log/document.
  • Working with our pensions/benefits advisor on transfer of grandfathered benefits to us.
  • Setting up of new transferring employees on payroll and HR systems etc.
  • Setting up and maintaining of personnel files.
  • Completing all necessary paperwork for transferring employees.
  • Assisting operations with onboarding on transferring employees.
  • Working with Orsted on set up of Apprenticeship levy and training programme for the transferring apprentices.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor position
  • Demonstrable experience handling and leading on TUPE process
  • Trade Union Experience
  • Previous experience in a large/corporate organisation
  • Must be willing to travel to site and attend regular meetings
