Overview
IT End User Support Specialist – On-site – Sowerby Bridge
We are on the hunt for a skilled and passionate End User Support specialist to join a growing international business providing support to stakeholders across the business for IT related issues. This role will enable users to take full advantage of the Hardware, Software, Applications, and Devices available to them to support business goals while providing a top tier experience for the end users.
This is an on-site role working 37hrs per week, with a half day on Fridays finishing at lunch time.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide high quality End User IT support to colleagues and stakeholders across the business
- Act as a key point of contact for the wider business and the IT Support function
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues with scope to escalate issues to team leaders and more senior colleagues as needed
Experience and Skills
- Experience with SCCM or Intune
- Confidence administering and maintaining networks
- Experience working with a variety of hardware including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Mobile Devices and their management
- Strong background of troubleshooting hardware and software related issues
- Experience working within an ITIL environment, Ideal candidates will hold an ITIL V3 or V4 certification
- Excellent knowledge of O365 and Microsoft OS’s
- Understanding and experience of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange
