We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a busy HR team. This role provides essential administrative support across recruitment, employee records management, occupational health coordination, and general HR operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run efficiently while delivering a professional and confidential service to employees, managers, candidates, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting internal and external job adverts, scheduling interviews, preparing interview documentation and packs, liaising with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and produce recruitment-related reports
  • Organise and manage occupational health appointments and related administration
  • Maintain occupational health records, reports, and appointment trackers
  • Create and update employee profiles within occupational health systems
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and paper-based
  • Prepare and issue employee correspondence
  • Support effective communication between employees, managers, and HR
  • Respond to general employee queries where required
  • Assist with the overall smooth running of the HR function
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in HR, Recruitment or busy administrative role
  • Highly organised, able to work autonomously to prioritise workload
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including confidence in scheduling in Outlook Emails and recording data in Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
