Manufacturing of aerospace grade fasteners and components and general machining of various items from fasteners to complex items and assemblies, distributed to a wide range of customers, including automotive, aerospace, medical, defence, motor sport, sub-sea oil and gas, research and development, and power generation.
CNC Machining:
- Machining of components from engineering drawings to customer specification, using a variety of materials, from low carbon steels through to exotic materials, such as titanium and super duplex, utilising CNC Turning Centres (Fanuc & Siemens), sliding head machines (Fanuc), Vertical Machining Centres (Fanuc & Siemens) and Electro Discharge Machining (EDM).
- Hot forming of various aerospace fasteners/components utilising induction heating and mechanical press.
- Centreless grinding of various forged and machined components to a high standard.
- EDM through means of EDM drilling, EDM Die Sink (Spark Erosion) and EDM Wire Cutting.
