We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Marketing Executive to lead our comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. This key individual will play an essential role in driving our marketing automation efforts and managing customer lifecycle campaigns.

Role Responsibilities
  • Utilising HubSpot to segment audiences, create and manage marketing campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Support our marketing technology manager in ensuring HubSpot is set up and maintained following best practices across all enterprise-level hubs.
  • Creating workflow automation within HubSpot to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing and best practices for deliverability and email rendering.
  • Monitoring and analysing email campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine targeting strategies.
  • Measuring and reporting on the success of email campaigns using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Act as the CRM spokesperson, sharing performance results and customer insights with key stakeholders.
  • Keeping up-to-date on CRM and email marketing trends and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of CRM marketing experience, with a focus on email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software, with experience creating and managing email campaigns and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • High curiosity and empathy to ensure user-centric CRM campaigns.
