Insignia is seeking an experienced CFO to join our London office and work closely with the board to drive global growth. This leadership role will shape financial strategy, oversee banking partnerships, and support financial functions across EMEA, driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial strategy, including business plan modelling, forecasting, and analysis to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee joint venture, acquisition due diligence, and partnership negotiations.
- Develop financial, tax, and investment strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance across entities.
- Manage accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, and budgeting across the Insignia Group.
- Represent the company to financial partners and stakeholders.
- Drive operational best practices across finance and business management.
- Significant experience as a senior financial leader (CFO/Finance Director), with a proven track record in new business ventures, M&A, and partnerships.
- Strong financial management background in financial services, banking, or card issuing environments.
- Expertise in financing, investment management, and business acceleration.
- Experience in leading geographically diverse teams and managing financial change.
- MBA qualification preferred; banking or card issuing experience a plus.
