Salary: up to $200,000/year + bonus and benefits
Insignia is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Director to represent our brand and drive global sales growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies across all regions, with a focus on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and luxury financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Insignia’s global sales strategy, driving consistent sales growth and creating a productive sales environment.
- Represent and promote Insignia within the luxury and financial markets.
- Manage and guide the sales strategies of all regions and execute international sales plans.
- Build and maintain a high-quality client portfolio, focusing on UHNWIs.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing models, including digital and social media strategies.
- Define and manage the global sales budget and oversee the creation of an effective sales department.
- Lead recruitment, coaching, and training of the sales team; ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Foster relationships with corporate partners, sales agents, and PR teams in key regions.
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and business trips to promote the brand.
