Job Overview
INSIGNIA SEARCH is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Sourcing Professional to join our delivery and sourcing team.
This role will focus on sourcing and placing talent across a range of industries, with an emphasis on building long‑term candidate pipelines and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and shortlist high‑quality candidates for senior and specialist roles using a variety of sourcing channels (Linked In, job boards, networking events, referrals, etc.).
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and career aspirations.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to fill hard‑to‑fill roles and build talent pools for future opportunities.
- Provide regular progress updates and detailed reports to internal stakeholders and clients, tracking key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and candidate satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices, market intelligence, and candidate insights.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation, data protection regulations, and company recruitment policies.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrable and quantifiable experience; real live examples and numbers.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and candidate relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling candidate outreach messages.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Linked In and familiarity with CRM / ATS platforms; such as Recruit CRM, Bullhorn etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Desired Experience
- 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, retained search or talent acquisition.
- Track record of successfully placing senior‑level or niche talent across sectors such as healthcare, technology, engineering, or professional services.
- Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed placement targets and KPI metrics.
