We support a young adult who lives in her own home in the village of Great Hockham near Attleborough. She has a diagnosis of complex disorders including Autism (specifically PDA), Mental Health and can demonstrate behaviours that challenge. She requires support around living independently and day to day activities. She enjoys days out to local towns and walks in the surrounding countryside. This position is working on a fixed rota pattern, with shifts being 10hrs (9pm – 7am).
