Insignia is seeking a high-calibre transformation leader to evolve its Executive Office into a modern, data-driven Project Management Office (PMO) at Group level. Today, executive coordination is handled through traditional administrative processes (agenda management, reporting, meeting coordination). This role will redefine that function into a strategic engine—driving execution, accountability, visibility, and cross-functional alignment across the organisation. This is not an administrative role. This is a business-critical leadership position at the intersection of strategy, operations, and delivery.

Key Objectives

  • Transform the existing Executive Office into a Group-wide PMO function
  • Introduce structured project governance, prioritisation, and tracking frameworks
  • Drive execution discipline across all strategic initiatives
  • Enable leadership with real-time visibility and decision‑making tools
  • Standardise reporting from descriptive (past-focused) to predictive and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  1. PMO Transformation & Setup
    • Design and implement a Group PMO framework (methodology, governance, cadence)
    • Define project lifecycle standards (initiation to delivery to evaluation)
    • Establish prioritisation models aligned with business strategy
    • Replace fragmented tracking with centralised project visibility systems
  2. Strategic Execution Management
    • Partner with C-level leadership to translate strategy into actionable programmes
    • Oversee execution of cross-functional and high-impact initiatives
    • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies early—and resolve them
    • Ensure accountability across business units
  3. Reporting & Decision Intelligence
    • Replace static reporting with dynamic dashboards and KPIs
    • Introduce weekly/monthly executive reporting frameworks focused on outcomes
    • Deliver clear insights on:
      • Project performance
      • Resource allocation
      • Strategic progress vs targets
  4. Operating Rhythm & Governance
    • Redesign leadership cadence (weekly exec meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly planning)
    • Implement structured agendas tied to decision‑making and execution tracking
    • Ensure meetings drive outcomes—not just updates
  5. Tools, Systems & Process Optimisation
    • Introduce and manage PM tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent)
    • Streamline workflows and eliminate manual / low-value coordination work
    • Digitise and automate reporting wherever possible
  6. Cultural Transformation
    • Shift organisation from reactive coordination to proactive execution mindset
    • Embed project management discipline across teams
    • Coach senior stakeholders on best practices in delivery and accountability

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 8–15+ years in:
    • Project / Programme Management
    • PMO leadership
    • Strategy & Operations roles (consulting background is a strong plus)
  • Proven experience building or transforming a PMO at scale
  • Experience in fast‑paced, high‑touch client environments (luxury, fintech, consulting, or similar preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and C‑level executives
  • Excellent structuring and prioritisation capabilities
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and clarity in reporting

Profile Traits

  • Not administrative—operator and builder
  • Structured, disciplined, and outcome‑oriented
  • High ownership mentality
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and transformation environments
  • Naturally brings order, clarity, and momentum

Success Metrics (First 3‑6 Months)

  • PMO structure fully implemented across Group
  • 100% visibility on strategic initiatives
  • Clear prioritisation framework adopted by leadership
  • Reduction in execution delays / missed deadlines
  • Executive meetings transformed into decision‑driven forums
  • Measurable improvement in cross‑functional alignment
