We are seeking a highly connected, resourceful, and experienced Tickets & Social Events Manager to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate will bring an expert-level understanding of the international ticketing and concierge landscape, with deep-rooted industry connections and a proven ability to source and secure tickets and VIP access to global events; in particular, global sporting events (football/soccer, tennis, F1, basketball), social and industry events (Ascot, music/film festivals, luxury summits) and entertainment (concerts, theatre, and cultural performances). This is not a client-facing role but still requires a proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can meet high expectations with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Procurement: Source, negotiate, and secure premium tickets and VIP experiences globally across a wide range of events, including international sporting events (Premier League, Champions League, World’s Cup, UEFA, Wimbledon, Roland Garros, US Open, NBA, F1, Olympics, etc.), live concerts, quintessentially British social events, music/film festivals, charity galas, award shows, theatre productions, luxury summits, and cultural experiences.
- Maintain and grow a robust global network of trusted ticket suppliers, promoters, agencies, sponsors and event organisers.
- Assist in planning attendance at major global events, including logistics, VIP hospitality, and behind-the-scenes access where possible.
- Client Experience Management: Provide responsive and professional support to UHNW client requests, anticipating their needs and ensuring expectations are exceeded.
- Know how to use a CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamic 365).
- Monitor upcoming event calendars, early access opportunities, and ticket release schedules, market trends, and availability windows to anticipate and fulfil client needs proactively.
- Support and input marketing with a thorough calendar of activities and feed them key information for WhatsApp stories, newsletters, SM.
- Work closely with the Concierge team to deliver a seamless and integrated luxury service and, from time to time, support the team with other general concierge requests.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in ticketing, entertainment or event management, or sports hospitality, or luxury concierge.
- Proven success in sourcing and securing high-demand, exclusive VIP access to events efficiently, especially within sports and entertainment.
- Strong industry relationships with global ticket brokers, promoters, and venue operators (stadiums, halls, arenas, event spaces, ballrooms).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
