Overview
We are seeking a highly connected, resourceful, and experienced Sports & Entertainment Ticketing Manager to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate will bring an expert‑level understanding of the international ticketing and concierge landscape, with deep‑rooted industry connections and a proven ability to source and secure tickets and VIP access to global events; in particular, global sporting events (football/soccer, tennis, F1, basketball), social and industry events (Ascot, music/film festivals, luxury summits) and entertainment (concerts, theatre, and cultural performances).

- Live concerts, quintessentially British social events, music/film festivals, charity galas, award shows, theatre productions, luxury summits, and cultural experiences
- Maintain and grow a robust global network of trusted ticket suppliers, promoters, agencies, sponsors and event organisers. Assist in planning attendance at major global events, including logistics, VIP hospitality, and behind‑the‑scenes access where possible.
- Client Experience Management:
- Provide responsive and professional support to UHNW client requests, anticipating their needs and ensuring expectations are exceeded. Know how to use a CRM system (preferably Microsoft Dynamic 365).
- Monitor upcoming event calendars, early access opportunities, and ticket release schedules, market trends, and availability windows to anticipate and fulfil client needs proactively. Support and input marketing with a thorough calendar of activities and feed them key information for WhatsApp stories, newsletters, SM.
- Work closely with the Concierge team to deliver a seamless and integrated luxury service and, from time to time, support the team with other general concierge requests.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in ticketing, entertainment or event management, or sports hospitality, or luxury concierge
- Proven success in sourcing and securing high‑demand, exclusive VIP access to events efficiently, especially within sports and entertainment
