The Direct Sales Executive will acquire and develop ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) relationships through a high-trust, high-touch commercial approach. The role is responsible for building a qualified pipeline, converting prospects through a premium consultative process, and coordinating a personalized onboarding experience in close partnership with internal onboarding and compliance teams.

Success requires deep product and objection handling training, disciplined pipeline execution and immediate qualification and closing skills (prospects are often a one-shot opportunity).

  • Source qualified prospects through trusted networks, introducers, strategic partners, and high-calibre events.
  • Enable premium discovery meetings to diagnose needs (privacy, service expectations, lifestyle, and financial preferences) and qualify fit.
  • Present Insignia’s value proposition credibly and consistently, tailored to the client’s context, without discounting premium positioning.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting cadence.
  • Protect brand integrity through disciplined qualification, ethical conduct, and confidentiality always.

Proven sales track record in premium, relationship-led environments (e.g., private banking, luxury services, UHNW advisory, premium membership models). Demonstrated ability to source leads through trusted networks and introducers; comfort working with structured processes (CRM, pipeline stages, reporting cadence) in a target-driven environment. Language skills aligned to the market (English required; other languages are beneficial). Collaborative and proactive across functions (sales, compliance, ops, concierge, leadership).
