Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of a consistent brand message across all marketing channels (digital, print, events, PR). Ensure that the brand’s core values of exclusivity, luxury, and personalized service are effectively communicated.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies, to attract and engage high-net-worth individuals.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and track performance of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and client relationship teams to understand client needs, tailoring marketing strategies that appeal to the elite clientele.

Professional Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury marketing trends, financial services, and high-net-worth client behaviours. Experience working with exclusive brands in a service-based industry is essential.
  • Expertise: Expertise in digital marketing, social media, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand awareness and business growth.
