Insignia is looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team in London. The right person will create, design, and deliver luxury grade graphic and video content that elevates Insignia’s social media presence. This role owns the end-to-end social presence, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a premium social media experience aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Planning & Execution – support and execute a luxury and financial payments aligned social media plan that supports both paid and organic goals across brand, product, and acquisition for both Insignia and our Financial Services business.
  • End to End Social Management – manage daily posting, scheduling, optimisation, and governance across all platforms with strict adherence to brand and compliance standards.
  • Graphic & Video Production – capture, design, edit, and deliver high quality reels, motion graphics, and visual assets that reflect a premium financial aesthetic.
  • Paid Campaign ads execution – collaborating with digital marketing manager to ensure successful set up and execution across META social ads platforms.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration – work closely with Design, CRM, Content, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer touchpoints.
  • Organic Growth & Engagement – drive follower growth and engagement through trend aligned content, hashtags, community interaction, and platform specific optimisation.
  • SEO & PR Integration – optimise social content for discoverability and collaborate with PR to amplify premium brand placements.
  • Creative Concept Development – generate innovative content ideas aligned with brand identity, audience expectations, and commercial priorities.
  • A/B Testing & Optimisation – test messaging, visuals, and formats to refine performance and improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Performance Monitoring – track KPIs, analyse insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance channel performance.
  • Luxury Grade Quality Control - maintain the highest standards of visual and editorial excellence across all content and campaigns.

Professional Requirements

  • Luxury or High Credibility Experience – background in finance, fintech, lifestyle service sectors.
  • Proven Social Growth – demonstrated success in growing social channels and delivering high performance content.
  • Graphic & Video Expertise – strong proficiency in design, video editing, motion graphics, and short form content creation.
  • Platform & Analytics Tools – skilled in social ads scheduling, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Compliance Awareness – experience operating within regulated or compliance driven environments.
  • Detail Oriented – a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for luxury grade digital storytelling.
