The Marketing Automation Expert will support the Head of CRM in managing and optimizing automated campaigns across HubSpot for both Insignia and VCFC. This role ensures that lifecycle and CRM strategies are executed flawlessly, automations run efficiently, and campaigns are aligned with business goals, compliance standards, and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Automated Campaign Management: Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of automated email campaigns across VCFC and Insignia HubSpot instances.
- Workflow Optimization: Build, test, and refine automated nurturing, retention, and cross-sell journeys to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Strategy Execution: Translate CRM and lifecycle strategies into technical implementations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track automation KPIs, identify friction points, and iterate on workflows to improve results.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain high standards of privacy, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency across all automations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure automations are accurate, stable, and aligned with overall business objectives.
