Responsibilities

  • Provide full support for the President of the Group on a variety of different projects and tasks as and when required.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the President of the Group.
  • Reach out to various departments within the organization to gather updates and progress to feedback to the President of the Group.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports of all different departments under Insignia the organization.
  • Roll out a project management system company-wide to modernise processes.
  • Train various team members on how to use the system.
  • Be present at all meetings that involve the Executive Board.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Proofread various documents and proposals.
  • Manage the President of the Group’s calendar and set up meetings as and when required.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.

Professional Requirements

  • Must have experience supporting C-Level.
  • Ideally implemented project management systems within an organisation.
  • Experience within Financial Services is an advantage.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-driven, initiative, creative, ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to juggle various projects and tasks at once.
  • Hyper organised, with extreme attention to detail.
