Role Overview:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director and Partnerships Manager to ensure seamless product flow from brand partners.
  • Work with tech teams to manage affiliate API integrations (Harrods, Net-a-Porter, etc.), ensuring smooth product updates.
  • Optimize product layout, imagery, and descriptions to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer data to improve the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners (Harrods, luxury retailers) for order processing and logistics.
  • Implement interactive shopping tools (e.g., virtual try-ons, lookbooks) to elevate engagement.
  • Track user behavior, conversion rates, and site engagement, implementing UX improvements.
