What You'll Do:

• Lead legal strategy across global jurisdictions
• Advise on corporate structuring, M&A, joint ventures, and governance
• Oversee regulatory compliance, litigation, and commercial contracts
• Support launch of financial products and international transactions
• Collaborate with C-suite, external counsel, and cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For:

• UK-qualified (or equivalent) senior legal professional
• 10+ years' experience in financial services, family office, or luxury sectors
• Strong expertise in commercial, corporate, regulatory, and international law
• Strategic, solution-oriented, with leadership and people management skills
• Experience with complex transactions and cross-border legal challenges
