Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the digital strategy and execution across all digital channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can enhance the brand's online presence, create immersive digital experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of digital and physical customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the latest digital trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the businesses (Insignia Group of Companies).
  • Develop growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and identify the most effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality compelling digital content across all websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Management and enhancement of the marketing CRM (Hubspot).
  • Utilise CRM to drive segmentation of audiences and messages.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Utilise analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimise digital initiatives.
  • Manage the digital budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximising the impact of digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales, lifestyle boutique and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and goals.
  • Work with the PR team and partners to execute campaigns and drive ROI alongside sales.
  • Identify and manage relationships with external agencies on A/B testing landing pages and website/analytics enhancements.
  • System solution finding for supporting sales and marketing processes.
  • Stay informed of digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a small, junior digital marketing team.

Professional Requirements:

  • Business and/or marketing or digital media degree or equivalent.
  • Previous background within the luxury sector is preferable.
  • Over 5 years’ experience within digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in CMS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing and social media management.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Must have a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and performance optimisation.
  • Familiarity with luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
