Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the digital strategy and execution across all digital channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can enhance the brand's online presence, create immersive digital experiences, and ensure the seamless integration of digital and physical customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and the latest digital trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the businesses (Insignia Group of Companies).
- Develop growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and identify the most effective digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality compelling digital content across all websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Management and enhancement of the marketing CRM (Hubspot).
- Utilise CRM to drive segmentation of audiences and messages.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Utilise analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimise digital initiatives.
- Manage the digital budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximising the impact of digital initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales, lifestyle boutique and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and goals.
- Work with the PR team and partners to execute campaigns and drive ROI alongside sales.
- Identify and manage relationships with external agencies on A/B testing landing pages and website/analytics enhancements.
- System solution finding for supporting sales and marketing processes.
- Stay informed of digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a small, junior digital marketing team.
Professional Requirements:
- Business and/or marketing or digital media degree or equivalent.
- Previous background within the luxury sector is preferable.
- Over 5 yearsβ experience within digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CMS, SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing and social media management.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Must have a growth mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
