About the Role:

Insignia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Managing Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing global business. This is a key leadership role with significant responsibility in driving operational excellence, ensuring strategic goals are met, and leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across multiple regions, ensuring smooth business continuity and operational excellence.
  • Strategy Execution: Translate the strategic goals set by the Group CEO into actionable plans and ensure they are effectively executed across departments.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to drive efficiency across all functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments like sales, finance, marketing, and product development to achieve cohesive business performance.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor senior management and department heads, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Focus on recruitment, onboarding, and developing talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cash flow, and cost management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs while maintaining profitability.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by overseeing client-facing operations and building strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Expansion & Scaling: Support global expansion, ensuring that operational infrastructure can scale effectively in new regions while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Group Managing Director or CEO, with a demonstrated ability to lead across multiple regions and departments.
  • Extensive experience in managing day-to-day operations, including overseeing functions like sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements, optimise processes, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams and fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience in the financial services, luxury services, or related sectors is highly preferred.
