The Opportunity

Insignia is redefining the future of luxury lifestyle and financial services. We\’re seeking a results-driven, insight-led Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that amplify our premium product portfolio, drive client acquisition and engagement, and fuel business growth.

This role is ideal for a marketer with a strong background in fintech, premium credit cards, or luxury banking, who thrives on blending brand storytelling, campaign execution, and commercial impact.

Mission

To design and lead marketing strategies that elevate Insignia’s premium lifestyle, banking, and payment solutions — ensuring every campaign speaks to the aspirations of our elite clientele and drives measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Insignia’s premium financial services.
• Build and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Lead storytelling efforts with emotionally resonant, brand-aligned messaging across digital, print, and experiential channels.

2. Brand & Market Positioning

• Define and refine Insignia’s brand and value proposition across key segments within the fintech and luxury financial services market.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.

3. Client-Centric Content & Communication

• Drive the creation of customer-focused content that communicates the unique benefits of Insignia’s offerings — from exclusive lifestyle services to innovative payment solutions.
• Oversee the production of sales enablement tools, marketing assets, and executive communications that inspire and inform.
• Experience: 6–10 years in marketing roles within fintech, premium banking, card services, or luxury financial brands.
• Expertise: Proven success in developing and executing campaigns for high-net-worth individuals or premium financial products.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate brand vision into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Data-Informed: Comfortable using data and insights to shape strategy, optimize performance, and uncover opportunities.
