Insignia Customer Service is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Financial Product Sales Manager to lead cross-selling initiatives and support the expansion of Insignia’s premium payment and financial service solutions. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in promoting tailored payment solutions and account services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across existing and new client portfolios.

This role requires a strong combination of relationship management, financial sales expertise, client servicing excellence, commercial analysis, and international business development capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial product sales, payments, fintech, prepaid card solutions, IBAN/payment account services, luxury services, or international client relationship environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and cross-selling activities across Insignia’s payment solutions and financial service offerings.
  • Promote Insignia prepaid card programmes, IBAN/payment account solutions, and other approved financial services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Analyse existing client portfolios to identify new commercial opportunities and areas for service expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through tailored payment solutions and premium services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, existing relationships, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and strategic client recommendations.
  • Actively develop new business opportunities within the candidate’s own professional network and client portfolio.
Client Relationship Management
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, operational needs, and commercial preferences to align suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with customer service, compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service enhancements, commercial opportunities, and product developments.
  • Contribute to the development of revenue growth strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment and fintech developments.
  • Assist management in identifying new commercial partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Participate in international business meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal compliance standards and applicable financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and sales documentation.
  • Support due diligence and KYC procedures where required.
Candidate RequirementsEssential Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial product sales, payments, fintech, prepaid card solutions, IBAN/payment account services, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of payment solutions, client onboarding processes, and financial service environments.
  • Experience working with HNW/UHNW clientele and international markets.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong entrepreneurial and networking abilities.
  • Ability to analyse client portfolios and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in finance, payments, or compliance are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of fintech, payment ecosystems, and digital finance trends.
