Overview
We are seeking a highly connected, resourceful, and experienced Sports & Entertainment Ticketing Manager to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate will bring an expert‑level understanding of the international ticketing and concierge landscape, with deep‑rooted industry connections and a proven ability to source and secure tickets and VIP access to global events; in particular, global sporting events (football/soccer, tennis, F1, basketball), social and industry events (Ascot, music/film festivals, luxury summits) and entertainment (concerts, theatre, and cultural performances). This is not a client‑facing role but still requires a proactive, responsive, and detail‑oriented individual who can meet high expectations with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and secure premium tickets and VIP experiences globally across a wide range of events, including:
- International sporting events (Premier League, Champions League, World’s Cup, UEFA, Wimbledon, Roland Garros, US Open, NBA, F1, Olympics, etc.)
- Live concerts, quintessentially British social events, music/film festivals, charity galas, award shows, theatre productions, luxury summits, and cultural experiences
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in ticketing, entertainment or event management, or sports hospitality, or luxury concierge
- Proven success in sourcing and securing high‑demand, exclusive VIP access to events efficiently, especially within sports and entertainment
- Strong industry relationships with global ticket brokers, promoters, and venue operators (stadiums, halls, arenas, event spaces, ballrooms)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
