Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the VOL Online Shop:
- Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, ensuring optimal performance and luxury aesthetics.
- Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and metadata optimization.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Partnerships Manager to ensure seamless product flow from brand partners.
- Work with tech teams to manage affiliate API integrations (Harrods, Net-a-Porter, etc.), ensuring smooth product updates.
- Optimize product layout, imagery, and descriptions to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer data to improve the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with third-party partners (Harrods, luxury retailers) for order processing and logistics.
- Implement interactive shopping tools (e.g., virtual try-ons, lookbooks) to elevate engagement.
- Track user behavior, conversion rates, and site engagement, implementing UX improvements.
- Optimize checkout experience, payment integrations, and order flow.
