We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Director to lead our magazine advertising sales operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a robust commercial strategy to grow advertising revenue across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and agencies in the luxury, fashion, travel, finance, and lifestyle sectors, with proven success in premium media sales.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and implement the commercial sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media buyers.
Team & Performance Management
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and clear KPIs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Develop tailored advertising packages across print, digital, branded content, and special editions.
- Drive sponsorship and partnership opportunities for events, supplements, and native content.
