The Content Manager will lead and execute a premium, insight-driven content strategy across Insignia and VCFC, ensuring consistent storytelling that reflects our luxury and financial payments positioning. This role will oversee editorial excellence, brand voice, and cross-functional collaboration to engage high-net-worth audiences, build credibility, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Comms Strategy: Lead the vision and plan for a cohesive content ecosystem supporting business goals across Insignia and VCFC.
- Brand Voice & Narrative Architecture: Author, proofread, and maintain all messaging across digital, print, executive communications, and PR to reflect the company’s luxury and financial positioning.
- Leadership & Editorial Excellence: Produce high-quality articles, reports, and insights that showcase expertise and resonate with HNWI audiences.
- Editorial Calendar Ownership: Oversee and coordinate content calendar across marketing, Lifestyle Boutique, and sales teams; manage timelines, workflows, and pipelines in collaboration with the Junior Content Manager.
- PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier financial and luxury media to enhance visibility and safeguard brand reputation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure unified storytelling across all client touchpoints.
- Compliance & Brand Integrity: Ensure all communications adhere to rigorous standards of accuracy, discretion, and regulatory alignment.
- Measured Impact & Engagement Optimisation: Track engagement, sentiment, and brand perception, refining strategy and content to maximize impact.
