Role Summary: The Content Manager will execute a premium, insight-driven content plan across Insignia and our digital payments and travel services institution, ensuring consistent storytelling that reflects our luxury and financial payments positioning across main paid, earned and owned channels in both entities. This role will be responsible for editorial excellence, brand voice, content visualisation (video, animation, graphic motion) and cross-functional collaboration to engage high-net-worth audiences, build credibility, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Collaborate with the marketing team and execute on all content across the communications ecosystem (websites, PR, organic and paid channels posts/ads, corporate communications, sales and product presentations, marketing collateral) supporting business goals across Insignia and our digital payments and travel services institution.
  • Brand alignment: Author, proofread, and maintain all content across digital, print, executive communications, and PR to reflect the company’s luxury and financial positioning.
  • Value proposition visualisation: Create relevant visuals, as needed, working with design and social media manager and ensuring they reflect the brand and product attributes.
  • Editorial Excellence: Produce high-quality articles, reports, and insights that showcase expertise and resonate with HNWI audiences.
  • Calendar Ownership and execution: Coordinate content calendar and execution across marketing, lifestyle service team, and sales; manage timelines, workflows, and pipelines.
  • PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with top-tier financial and luxury media to enhance visibility and safeguard brand reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, digital media, design teams to ensure unified storytelling across all client touchpoints.
  • Compliance & Brand Integrity: Ensure all communications adhere to rigorous standards of accuracy, discretion, and regulatory alignment.
  • Measured Impact & Engagement Optimisation: Track engagement, sentiment, and brand perception, refining strategy and content to maximize impact.

Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in writing, editing, and storytelling visualisation skills across multiple channels.
  • Experience in financial services is considered a plus.
  • Comfortable operating in regulated environments with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in leveraging AI-driven content tools (LLMs, generative design platforms, semantic search) to accelerate research, ideation, and production while maintaining brand voice and editorial precision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced but equally rewarding environment with high expectations on deliverables.
