The Distribution Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising distribution strategies that elevate VOL’s presence among ultra-high-net-worth individuals, luxury partners, and elite venues. This role bridges editorial and commercial domains, ensuring that the publication’s physical and digital distribution aligns with brand positioning, audience engagement, and revenue objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong operational capabilities, a deep understanding of luxury media ecosystems, and exceptional relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Distribution Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a global distribution strategy that enhances VOL’s reach in key markets (UAE, Europe, US, Asia) within luxury venues, private clubs, premium retailers, art fairs and curated partner spaces. Identify and secure strategic distribution partnerships with hotels, airlines, private jet services, luxury boutiques, galleries, and events to increase visibility among affluent audiences. Monitor distribution performance, circulation metrics, and audience engagement to refine and scale effective channels.
- Channel & Partner Management: Lead outreach, negotiations, and ongoing relations with high-value partners, ensuring placement aligns with VOL’s brand values and exclusivity. Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and commercial teams to manage print runs, shipment schedules, inventory levels, point-of-distribution readiness, customs clearances, and ROI tracking. Support co-branded and sponsored distribution initiatives that complement advertising and partnerships strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, marketing, events, and commercial leadership to integrate distribution objectives into launch plans, media campaigns, and special editions. Serve as the distribution lead for major magazine releases and promotional programs, ensuring flawless execution at launch points and partner destinations. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, showcasing distribution KPIs, trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Brand Representation & Growth Initiatives: Represent VOL at industry events, luxury forums, and partner meetings to raise profile, secure placements, and cultivate long-term alliances. Explore new, innovative distribution models (e.g., VIP gifting, exclusive launches, limited-edition placements) that reinforce Voice of Luxury as a collectible brand asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.
