Position Overview
The Direct Sales Executive will acquire and develop ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) relationships through a high-trust, high-touch commercial approach. The role is responsible for building a qualified pipeline, converting prospects through a premium consultative process, and coordinating a personalized onboarding experience in close partnership with internal onboarding and compliance teams. - Enable premium discovery meetings to diagnose needs (privacy, service expectations, lifestyle, and financial preferences) and qualify fit.
- Present Insignia’s value proposition credibly and consistently, tailored to the client’s context, without discounting premium positioning.
- Manage objections with composure (fees, privacy, onboarding requirements, ‘why Insignia’ comparisons) and progress deals to decision.
- Coordinate onboarding with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, compliant client experience.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene: accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting cadence.
- Protect brand integrity through disciplined qualification, ethical conduct, and confidentiality always.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven sales track record in premium, relationship-led environments (e.g., private banking, luxury services, UHNW advisory, premium membership models).
- Demonstrated ability to source leads through trusted networks and introducers; comfort operating in an invitation-led context.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to create tailored proposals and deliver polished presentations.
- Comfort working with structured processes (CRM, pipeline stages, reporting cadence) in a target-driven environment.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism; able to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and demanding clients.
- Language skills aligned to the market (English required; other languages are beneficial).
Working style and mindset
- Client-first, service-oriented approach with premium standards.
- Calm under pressure; resilient and tactful with strong personalities.
- Collaborative and proactive across functions (sales, compliance, ops, concierge, leadership).
