Insignia Group are looking for a dynamic, highly organised, and proactive Business Assistant with an MBA to join our team and support our CEO in driving the continued growth and success of the company.

Role Overview:
As the Business Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business functions, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. You will be a key partner in ensuring the CEO\’s vision and initiatives are effectively executed across various departments within the organisation. The role requires a blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the CEO, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and strategic planning documents.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate key business initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Organise high-level meetings, events, and conferences, including coordination with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Proactively manage and prioritise the CEO\’s tasks and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects as needed, including operational improvements, growth initiatives, and luxury lifestyle business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business support or executive assistant role, preferably within financial services or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and business operations.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with flexibility and adaptability.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives is preferred.
