*Key Responsibilities*
· Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple services.
· Ensure full compliance with CQC and Ofsted standards, achieving excellent inspection results.
· Implement and monitor safeguarding frameworks, governance systems, and robust policies.
· Lead recruitment, supervision, and development of multidisciplinary teams.
· Build and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities, commissioning bodies, and external agencies.
· Oversee quality assurance processes, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
*Requirements*
· Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in both children’s residential and CQC-regulated settings.
· Proven track record of positive CQC and Ofsted inspection outcomes.
· Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care governance, and risk management.
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
