This role requires deep product expertise across our SAP portfolio to assist sellers in landing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP domain knowledge β spanning transaction automation, financial reporting, operational analytics, and Central Finance β with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling business value for enterprise buyers.The SAP Sales Specialist will own the SAP product quota for the EMEA region and work in an overlay capacity, supporting regional Account Executive and Account Management teams to close opportunities across Process Runner, Angles for SAP, Wands for SAP, and SourceConnect. This is a full-time remote role reporting to the Vice President, EMEA Sales.**Our SAP Portfolio****Process Runner**SAP transaction automation from Excel β 1,900+ pre-built templates, no backend SAP installation required, Clean Core-aligned, SAP-certified for S/4HANA. Covers all modules including FICO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.**Angles for SAP**Operational analytics and ERP reporting for SAP ECC and S/4HANA β 600+ pre-built calculations for supply chain and finance, self-service insights for business users, automatic data quality validation, and S/4HANA migration support.**Wands for SAP**Live SAP financial reporting in Excel β GL Wand, Reports Wand, Planning Wand, and Report Distribution Manager. Connects directly to SAP ECC, S/4HANA on-premise, and S/4HANA Public Cloud. The preferred solution for organisations standardising on SAP while retaining non-SAP systems.**Key Responsibilities****Product Expertise & Sales Support*** Maintain deep product expertise across the full SAP portfolio β Process Runner, Angles for SAP, Wands for SAP, and SourceConnect β and deliver tailored demonstrations that translate product capabilities into clear business value for finance, operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders* Articulate the key differentiators between insightsoftware's SAP products and competitors β including SAP native tools, Winshuttle/Precisely, Celonis, and other ERP analytics or automation vendors β with confidence and specificity* Provide technical and functional support during solution design and proposal development, including RFP and RFI responses* Position SourceConnect as the definitive SAP Central Finance replication solution, supporting prospects and customers navigating multi-ERP consolidation and cFIN implementation programmes**SAP Environments & Migrations*** Lead assessment of customers' existing SAP processes, reporting limitations, and data management challenges, then develop structured automation and analytics strategies that minimise disruption while maximising adoption* Support customers transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, providing guidance on data migration, master data management, and process re-engineering using Process Runner for cutover and data load activities* Develop S/4HANA migration roadmaps that encompass Process Runner for pre/post-migration data work, Angles for SAP for data quality and post-migration reporting, and SourceConnect for customers managing non-SAP source systems through a Central Finance deployment**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams during opportunity qualification, contributing SAP domain expertise to pipeline assessment and go/no-go decisions* Enable and upskill Hybrid Sellers and regional Account Executives with SAP product knowledge, competitive positioning, and objection-handling frameworks* Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities β additional modules, analytics use cases, or portfolio cross-sell β within existing accounts* Support partner relationships with SAP ecosystem SIs, SAP user groups (DSAG, UKISUG, VNSG), boutique SAP consultancies, and Big Four advisory teams* Provide structured field feedback to Product Management on prospect pain points, competitive gaps, and feature requests observed across EMEA sales cycles**Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership*** Stay current on SAP S/4HANA roadmap developments, clean core strategy, SAP BTP trends, and the competitive landscape across EMEA* Participate in SAP industry events, user group forums, customer roundtables, and webinars as a recognised SAP domain expert representing insightsoftware* Build and maintain SAP-specific competitive intelligence, contributing to battle cards, objection guides, and positioning materials for the EMEA sales team**Required Qualifications****SAP Domain Expertise*** Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA β including FICO, MM, SD, and PP modules β and how business users interact with SAP for day-to-day transactions and reporting* Understanding of SAP's clean core strategy and S/4HANA migration approach, including implications for third-party tools and embedded analytics* Experience with SAP Central Finance (cFIN) implementations, master data replication, or multi-ERP consolidation programmes β direct SourceConnect or equivalent tool experience is a strong advantage* Practical understanding of SAP reporting limitations and where third-party tools such as Angles for SAP and Wands for SAP deliver value that SAP's native reporting cannot**Experience & Business Acumen*** Experience in SAP consulting, pre-sales, product management, or SAP software sales* Proven track record supporting or carrying quota in enterprise B2B software sales cycles* Ability to engage credibly with CFOs, Controllers, Supply Chain Directors, and IT Leaders β connecting SAP product capabilities to efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic transformation outcomes* Experience articulating ROI and business value for ERP productivity and analytics initiatives, including time savings, error reduction, and audit readiness* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent;
