The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Account Manager covering the UK and Ireland, you’ll engage at CFO and Finance Director level to uncover where our EPM, financial planning, reporting, and analytics solutions can solve real problems. You’re not starting from zero; you’re walking into warm accounts with established trust and a platform of solutions that genuinely delivers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the UK and Ireland, engaging stakeholders up to Board level
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our EPM and financial software portfolio, including cloud-based planning, reporting, and BI solutions
- Running structured, consultative sales processes using MEDDIC or similar methodology
- Acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance teams navigating real business challenges
- Collaborating with pre-sales, customer success, and leadership to drive complex, high-value deals to close
What We’re Looking For
- You’re an experienced enterprise software Account Manager who knows how to open doors, close deals and you’re energised by both.
- Proven track record - selling EPM, ERP, financial reporting, planning, or analytics software into the Office of the CFO
- Hunter mentality within accounts - you spot opportunity, build multi-threaded relationships, and drive expansion proactively
- Comfortable at the top table - you engage credibly with CFOs, FDs, and senior finance stakeholders
- Structured in your approach - MEDDIC or equivalent methodology is second nature to you
- Resilient and adaptable - you thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance environment where things evolve quickly
The salary range in the United Kingdom for this position is 97,000.00 to 122,000.00 GBP Annual. Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
