As a key member of the EMEA Sales leadership team, the Sales Director – Enterprise New Logo will spearhead insightsoftware’s new business acquisition across the UK/I Benelux territory for our EPM business unit. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and inspiring a team of 7 enterprise sales executives, driving strategic pipeline creation, and delivering consistent new logo revenue in line with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of seven Enterprise Sales Executives to exceed new logo bookings targets across the UK/I Benelux territory, fostering a high-performance, winning culture.
  • Define and drive a regional sales strategy aligned with insightsoftware’s corporate growth objectives, ensuring strong pipeline coverage, rigorous deal execution, and predictable revenue delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on coaching to your team through every phase of the sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Instil a structured MEDDIC-based deal management discipline across the team, creating consistency, transparency, and forecast accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings.
  • Partner with Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams to create compelling end-to-end value propositions and accelerate deal velocity across the region.
  • Develop your team to uncover customer needs, build executive champions, articulate differentiated value, and negotiate commercially sound, mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team — investing in professional growth, capability building, and career progression.
  • Actively engage with clients and partners at a senior level to deepen strategic relationships and gather market intelligence that sharpens competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution, acting as a key voice in shaping the commercial direction of the EMEA business.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong new logo or direct sales focus.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue growth targets.
  • Proven ability to inspire, develop, and empower sales teams to achieve ambitious objectives.
  • Expertise in coaching and elevating sales teams through structured methodologies such as MEDDIC.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Established track record of cross-functional collaboration to accelerate and close revenue.
  • Ability to travel as required across the region.
  • Ability to work flexibly from a home office and our London EMEA headquarters.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of EPM and Financial Controllership solutions.
  • Familiarity with ERP ecosystems and the broader Office of the CFO technology landscape.
  • Experience operating within private equity-backed, high-growth environments.
  • Multi-lingual capability is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and modern sales enablement tooling.

Salary range in the United Kingdom for this position is 214,000.00 to 267,000.00 GBP annually. Your offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target. We are committed to pay transparency and fair compensation practices.
