Job Description

As our new Head of Community Activation, you’ll lead a global strategic function that fuels both the head and heart of our practitioner community. This is a rare opportunity to shape a role that blends inspiration, activation, and purpose to drive measurable commercial growth and cultural impact.

You’ll architect and deliver an enterprise-wide strategy that connects, empowers, and grows our practitioner, Faculty, and Associate Consultant (AC) communities.

Your mission: to create vibrant, joyful networks that celebrate belonging while driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth. From championing our purpose-led Gift of Discovery programme to curating flagship experiences like Insights Live, you’ll transform human connection into sustained business success—ensuring our community shines as a living expression of our brand and strategy.

What You’ll Do to Succeed

Strategic Leadership & Global Alignment

  • Define and lead the global Community Activation strategy as a key driver of growth and engagement
  • Align global and regional priorities to support adoption, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Champion a “globally consistent, locally loved” approach to community engagement
  • Act as the strategic voice of our practitioner community, influencing culture, product innovation, and enterprise strategy

Commercial Growth & Practitioner Impact

  • Position the community as a strategic growth engine with visible impact on pipeline and renewals
  • Embed commercial accountability into community strategy while nurturing creativity
  • Drive practitioner lifetime value (LTV) through scalable engagement models
  • Use data storytelling to demonstrate ROI and enterprise value

Inspiration, Belonging & Advocacy

  • Cultivate joyful, self-sustaining communities that celebrate Insights’ magic
  • Strategically manage the Faculty & AC journey from onboarding to recognition
