Like any brilliant team we’re made up of different people. A career at Insights is about welcoming people for who they are, and supporting their journey towards whoever they want to become.
At Insights, we help people understand themselves and others so they can make positive change. Our global practitioner network delivers transformational learning experiences powered by our flagship tool, Insights Discovery. As we scale our impact, we’re investing in the systems, strategies, and people that enable our practitioners to thrive.
Accreditations & Retention own the practitioner lifecycle from entry to ongoing credentialing. By managing accreditations and expanding structured learning pathways, we help practitioners gain confidence, credibility and loyalty. The focus is on the process, structure and commercial retention, ensuring every practitioner is onboarded, credentialed and set up for long term success.

This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver and scale accreditation, licensing, and retention processes across our global network — turning practitioner enthusiasm into long-term engagement and measurable business success.
You’ll be the strategic connector across geographies and functions, aligning Community Activation, Product & Innovation, Sales, and Customer Success to create a seamless, high-impact practitioner journey. From operational excellence to loyalty programmes, you’ll drive initiatives that elevate practitioner experience and lifetime value.

- Monitor IDA pipeline performance and shape delivery approaches to meet commercial targets
Practitioner Retention & Licence Renewal
- Design a global retention strategy that transforms renewal into a value-led experience
- Create high-impact post-accreditation engagement strategies that drive retention and commercial outcomes
- Embed structured learning and compliance elements into scalable renewal workflows
Commercial Data & Operational Excellence
- Define the strategic framework for practitioner data across engagement, licensing, and value
- Champion operational clarity and excellence across the lifecycle
- Ensure all processes support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal outcomes
Micro-Credentials & Product Diversification
- Partner with Product & Innovation to operationalise CPD pathways and digital credentials
- Lead the commercial rollout of new credentialing products and technologies
Loyalty & Progression Programmes
- Design and embed practitioner progression models (e.g., bronze/silver/gold tiers) linked to engagement and commercial goals
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the senior matrix connector across global teams
- Model best practice in cross-functional collaboration and shared accountability
What Success Looks Like
- Increased IDA fill rates and practitioner growth

- Accurate, actionable practitioner data to inform strategy
- High NPS and satisfaction across delivery experiences
- Clear, aligned global strategy with strong stakeholder confidence
What you\'ll bring
- Proven leadership in credentialing, licensing, or customer lifecycle strategy within learning, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Expertise in operational excellence, data strategy, and commercial optimisation
- Experience with digital credentialing tools and loyalty frameworks
- Skilled in matrix leadership and stakeholder engagement across global functions
- Strategic mindset with a builder’s energy and a bias for action
