What’s the role?

Design learning. Shape experiences. Help people grow. Learning should feel energising, human and useful — not a tick‑box exercise. In this role you’ll be reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent and will be part of a small team of Learning Performance Consultants, where you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that help people grow in ways that really matter. You’ll blend learning design, facilitation and coaching to create programmes that challenge and inspire leaders and teams across the organisation. You’ll have the space to be creative, to influence how learning shows up across the organisation, and to grow your impact — from leading high‑profile programmes to shaping future learning strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Design and deliver impactful leadership, management and team development programmes.
  • Create blended learning experiences across virtual, digital and in‑person formats.
  • Facilitate engaging sessions, host events and coach individuals with confidence and warmth.
  • Use storytelling, behavioural psychology and learning science to make learning stick.
  • Shape learning flows, agendas and experiences that feel connected and memorable.
  • Use insight and feedback to continuously improve learning impact.
  • Partner with colleagues and external providers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Where you can grow

  • Lead major, high-profile programmes or events.
  • Become the main voice or host at executive-level learning experiences.
  • Influence senior leaders using insight and evidence.
  • Shape organisation-wide learning strategies and experiences.
  • Build internal delivery capability or oversee partner relationships.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience designing and facilitating blended learning.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • A creative, people‑centred approach to learning.
  • Confidence working with diverse groups at all levels.
  • Curiosity, empathy and a genuine passion for helping others grow.
  • The ability to turn insight into practical, engaging learning.

Discretionary Annual Bonus, My Advantage – Employee Discounts, Critical Illness cover. Everyone is welcome at Insights. We’re dedicated to creating a space where you belong — that means accepting you for who you are now and supporting you on your journey towards whoever you want to become.
