Your purpose in the role
As Business Manager, you will provide high‑quality support to the People & Strategy Director. You will proactively manage multi‑channel executive support, act as a thought partner on functional priorities, reporting and governance, and engage with the People & Strategy Leadership Team and the wider Executive Office.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the Director’s diary, inbox and priorities, adapting quickly as business needs change.
- Driving actions and follow‑up across leadership and governance meetings.
- Supporting the People & Strategy Leadership Team with agendas, papers, minutes, actions and decision tracking.
- Analysing information and presenting insights to support decision‑making.
- Preparing briefings, reports and correspondence that require discretion and sound judgement.
- Creating internal communications and supporting global communication plans.
- Building strong relationships across the Executive Office, the People & Strategy function and the wider organisation.
